Seller sent an offer, I accepted & paid right away. They then cancelled my order without any explanation. The conversation with the seller (pictured below) speaks for itself. They claim the appraisal took place the other day, they had only sent their offer the other day! BTW - They listed the reason for the cancellation as “defective/sold out”. Seller is sneaky and does not honor their prices/agreements, nor do they value their customers.
