The item broke, it initially had issues that I could live with but a day after I got it, it froze for good and there was nothing I could do that I could do about it, send several messages to seller but I never got an answer, I'm therefore updating this feedback!

Seller is a respectable, empathetic, and reasonable person, the golden standard. I had purchased a vintage CD player and expected it to be in mint condition. When I received it there were problems. The seller did not hesitate to offer to pay a partial refund for the amount it cost to get it fixed, as they did not know it was broken. After weeks of struggling, they ended up fully refunding me for the hassle. Not saying they will do this for you, but just know this seller is an amazing person.
