The seller was absolutely wonderful! My package was delayed by USPS. The seller contacted USPS and once we learned that USPS couldn’t give an ETA, the seller worked with me to send another item via UPS right away. The train was for my autistic son who really couldn’t understand the delay, he just wanted the train he saved up to buy. This is the best experience I’ve had purchasing anything on eBay.
