Simply put if you like Spider-Man , you’ll like Spider-Man: Far From Home.
If you enjoy comic book movies, particularly offerings from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, then you should thoroughly enjoy Spider-Man: Far From Home. .it is a fun and exciting movie. Tom Holland is a very likable Spider-Man and, equally so, his alter ego Peter Parker. The teenager supporting cast is also very endearing and the rest of the actors are compelling. It follows directly after the events of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame (both should be seen before this one) and how Peter deals with them (I am not giving spoilers away for any one of these films). There is a cliffhanger left off in the end credits that’ll make your jaw drop. Bonuses include deleted scenes, bloop reals, and mini feature segments. Simply put, if you like Spider/Man as a character, you’ll like ... Not really that great - comparitively mediocre
Not even close to the quality of main Avengers movies. None of the characters were engaging. Not sure whether the mistake was made by Marvel, the producers, or the director(s) - maybe all of the above. Spiderman comic books highlighted the main character as slightly less than wordy, but poignant. The anticlimactic development of the movie line left a lot to be desired in terms of dialog and action: something the comic book character would have certainly delivered. Rather than climbing a high mountain, or descending into the depths, this movie is more like a walk through a small town in a prairie state. I was surprised at the apparent lack of concern for the movie by creative writers and directors.If I had known what was in store, I would have never purchased the DVD. It didn't seem to ... Spidey's back, but he's a fish out of water this time, and has to team up with strange newcomer Quentin Beck (Jake Gyllenhaal) and old allies Fury and Hill (S.L. Jackson and Cobie Smulders) to defeat the Elementals (you know: those earth-wind-fire guys from myths). But nothing with the MCU is that cut-and-dry, and the plot twists in this film are out-of-this-world. The stunts, the explosions, the action, the humor - it's all here.
