    Great device, software support, solo creators in mind

    My setup also includes a Rode dynamic microphone and a Dynamite inline audio booster. The audio booster needs power to work. The focus rite has a 48v switch which enables power and also a condenser mic. I was using a dynamic mic only at first and so turned off the 48v power. The Scarlett Solo has volume controls and 2 inputs allowing for a guitar or some other instrument along with a mic. It has a level meter around the volume. I set the device back out of arms reach and this feature has helped. I am able to set the volume and forget it. It is controlled by a software as well had hardware. I use the software to adjust the settings. It has an AIR setting which boosts vocals (like an Equalizer). It connects via USB. Connecting my speakers via the rear jack create some static noise and I ...
