When I reached out to USPS I was told the item had the wrong address listed. I reached out to the seller who did nothing. I called usps multiple times and spent a lot of time trying to resolve this. When I finally received the item-it wasn’t packaged well. the necklace rubbed against itself and the black enamel came off. For what I paid-I expected a lot better and more.
