Not exact fit on an 02 Tundra Access Cab but will fit. Mount plate is thick, happy with purchase. Trimmed bumper cover to accommodate winch plate. Just need to mount winch to plate now and I’m set. Definitely a better option to get a winch installed on a 1st Gen Tundra. A++++
