Minor visual defects, bent/dented surface metal, but still fits drives perfectly and no internal nor external connectors were damaged. Both power supplies function, all fans function, and it can handle having all 15 drive slots filled. Overall positive experience, would buy again.

Shipping from seller to EBay international was fast with useful tracking info. Shipping from EBay International to final mile (Canada) was fine but tracking info sometimes fuzzy. Laptop was very well packaged. Item was a bit better than described. Good value but International shipping and Cad/US exchange took a bite.
