    Good printer

    Initially when I was trying to set up the wifi it could not find my internet. It was set right next to my modem/router. Finally after an hour of trying it somehow found it when I pressed the wps button on my modem/router. However, I had pressed it several times. Overall, I am happy with it. It prints/scans documents fine. I haven't used it to print photos. I've used it for a couple weeks without any issues. I wish I could fit more paper in the tray but it looks really nice visually. It is a good size for smaller spaces.

    Disappointing HP ENVY 5055 printer

    I made an error purchasing this printer because it does not have a FAX function, you cannot create a PDF file with a print option and it does not have a automatic feeder. Because it is a HP ENVY model which I curerently own, I thought it would be similar and fully equipped but it is not. How disappointing!

    Works Good, No Paper Work

    Considering it is a refurbished printer, there is no owners manual to help you set it up. Even with downloading the manual from HP it was a little confusing to set up. Keep in mind that I'm using it for my cell phone, not a computer. Also had to download two other Apps from HP to get it to work properly. All is good now and is printing fine.

    the printer is great the only issue I had was the ink cartridge, before it was empty it stopped working, wet Q-tip cleaned & made it somewhat better, but ended up getting new cartridge, works great now. ( that was the black ink that came with it) would've gotten 5stars

    Overall very good product!

    I appreciate a simple set up and the quality seems good on the printing so far. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is due to the size. It's a little bigger than I imagined, but minor issue for me if the quality of printing is good.
