So the product is as expected. The dispatch time was fine, however you may like to reconsider packaging. My parcel arrived in a royal mail damaged on route bag, the plastic envelope was ripped & the box crushed, luckily the actual tube of cream was undamaged but perhaps a roll of card around the item would offer better protection on route than loose solely a plastic bag. Thank you.
