    H&R Block Premium lets me file taxes as a self-employed home-based-business owner.

    This tax software is straight-forward. MY situation is simple... I am a single retired home-owner on Social Security and I operate a business out of my home: I created and manage a popular website that brings-in Google Adsense monies each month. ... That's the "complexity" in my life as far as taxes go... and this H&R Block software makes it easy for me to file my taxes.

    Overall good value product

    Install, good value, and yes its fairly easy to use. However, there are times that reading some text is too small which causes it a bit difficult to read. The Help Center, can be a little confusing especially when looking for a particular form. Overall, a good tax software.

    Software works similar to previous years.

    Used this software for years. This time it downloaded but would not install. Thankfully the help button found us a tech to talk us through the dozens of steps necessary to finish the install. It took nearly 30 minutes. I hope they can correct this glitch. This was never a problem before. It seems that one of the updated security patches changes the default option, requiring a manual change several steps into the security options. Shheeesh.

    Great when it works....

    I have been using this H&R Block tax software for over 9 years and this is the first time I had problems activating and downloading the State portion of the program? Took 3 different Tax program purchases to just get this one to work.
