- r***m (2096)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe two kits were new and arrived safely. Was taken a little by surprise when I had to pay a $25 agent fee and $18 tariff to UPS before they would schedule the delivery. Neither eBay or their shipping partner make it clear enough to the buyer and the seller that the agent fee could be avoided by using the postal service or choosing an expedited service. Choosing the least expensive UPS service actually ends up costing the most. $42 is a lot of money IMO.
