    This guy apparently made a mistake and sent the fan to the United States, even though it was clearly intended for Mexico. He asked me not to make any complaints or problems, that he would send one to my address, but he just stalled and finally sent a guide that had already been used for any other shipment and in the end he didn't send anything. He just deceived me and stole from me.
