We posted the item out and at £2.95 it is not sent as tracked. We therefore put trust in royal mail delivery it andthe buyer marking at received. Sometimes items get lost in the, the buyer contacted us and we replied (was a day late as we were closed) and we refunded the costs. Does this make us a bad seller?
