    Hayward Filter works great and lasts longer.

    I have the Hayward Cartridge System for my in-ground pool. The pool is screened in so I do not get leaves but it is amazing how much dirt gets in my pool through the screen. The small dirt seems to clog my filter in a more concentrated fashion so I need a well constructed product. I tried the less expensive, lower quality filters but they do not clean as well or last near as long. The Hayward CX1750RE cartridge is a large filter - it is strong with a heavy plastic inner frame and the pleats are secure and of substantial materials that clean easily with the high pressure stream from my garden hose. My pool flows with greater volume which also means my in ground cleaning system works better. I will only use the Hayward filter because it works great and lasts longer.

    We have used these filters for nearly 30...

    We have used these filters for nearly 30 years with great results. You can usually only gave to clean it once at the end of the season and then use it to open the pool next season. Sometimes they can last up to 3 years.
