    A Great Upgrade from My Old Thermostat

    I recently swapped out my old LUX thermostat for the Ecobee, and the difference is night and day. The setup was quick and easy—far simpler than I expected. Connecting to Wi-Fi was seamless, and defining temperature schedules took just a few minutes. One of the biggest improvements is the reliable connectivity. My old thermostat used to drop the connection often, but the Ecobee has stayed rock-solid. The app is also incredibly easy to use, allowing me to control the temperature from anywhere and track energy usage. If you’re looking for a smart thermostat that’s simple to set up, easy to use, and provides consistent performance, I highly recommend the Ecobee.

    Great Interactivity with Alexa

    A little complex to install, took about an hour, but got it done with video instruction support. It easily and smoothly integrates with our Alexa, so it is easy to adjust with simple voice commands. We love the sensor in our bedroom so we stay cooler at night even with doors closed/open, much improved over the single sensor only in the original thermostat several rooms away. It knows when our bedroom is the only occupied room and adjusts to that sensor. I also love being able to adjust the temp remotely from my phone so we can cool off the house just before we arrive home or save energy if we are away longer than we thought.

    Pretty Smart Cookie! Nice home automation Thermostat!

    I am a techie and this thermostat and the companion app give me all the smart features and flexibility that I like. The installation and setup and wifi connection were very easy and straightforward. I just installed the unit and still learning all its numerous features. Two observations: 1) Under the device setting menu, you can define the heating range and cooling range for your home. After setting the desired range, and pushing save, the app comes back with an error message that something went wrong with saving and you should try again. The message is bogus and if you exit the page you will the desired range is indeed has been saved! The support people at Ecobee are aware and hopefully will address it! 2) If there is an AC vent or air return vent over where the thermostat has been ...

    A comprehensive product that has user in mind. Easy to install, user friendly and astonishing look. Wish was a bigger size to navigate functions and really nail it, but these are personal preferences and nothing to do with performance.

    Thermostat and remote sensor had both been previously associated with a Wi-Fi router. I needed to do a hard system reset for Ecobee and then installation went smoothly. Unit works very well. No complaints.
