        More than Self Help it’s Saving My Life!

        I am only on the 100th page of a 600 page book, but already I’m gathering perspective and insight on my journey to recovery as an adult child of an alcoholic and/or dysfunctional family. I will be attending local ACA meetings and following the Twelve Steps along with confiding in a Higher Power.
