      Fun and enjoyable.

      Relived Memories! The Nintendo DS released November 21st 2004, still is at the top 2 selling consoles at 154.02 million units sold. Beating the Gameboy and Gameboy Color (at 118.69 million) by 35.33 million. Rocking a nice back light while having Dual Screens hence the name DS. It plays 2 types of games The DS Card and Gameboy Advance "Game Paks". Its well built and sturdy (for the most part) but it's not without flaws. One of them being the brittle plastic for the hinge, slightly dropping it will cause it to break. Its really chunky and semi-portable, but the back light is dim sort of like a front light. But other than that I would recommend it. Its easy to find and not a fortune to spend. Definitely get this if you can

      Not worth it (extremely limited function)

      I got this as a birthday gift for my brother and was really disappointed. While the system does work, details about it were omitted like a yellow hue on the top display and the bottom touch screen is broken (can still touch things on the screen but it's just a blank with random pixels shifting and you can't distinguish what you're pressing) which makes non-gba games completely unplayable. The speaker also quickly stopped working well with the bass in the audio sounding completely awful. The charger shipped with the DS also didn't work even when tried on various outlets. I guess $50 was too good to be true and you can find much higher quality products for not much more money and will be far more worth it. It's a semi-functional system you will likely have to repair yourself to be able to ...

      Excellent Quality for a nearly 20 year old console

      Was shipped very fast and in great condition! Both screens are pristine and touch screen is very responsive. Very little scuff marks and the ones that are there are surface level and mostly on the corners of the outside. Arrived very clean and included a stylus and a charger. Battery dies a little quick when not plugged in but that's to be expected with an item of this age and is easily solved by playing with the charger on, so very appreciated that it was included. Buttons are all really responsive and feel good, no sticking at all. Both DS and GBA games play excellently with no issues. Overall super happy with this purchase!

      Truth be told, I expected it to look more used and worn out. However, I am genuinely surprised that it looks nearly 99% new. There's a slight bit of scratch, but overall I am pleasantly surprised by the appearance. I wanted to buy it over the slim for personal reasons, so I'm a bit emotional here. I am extremely happy with this. I still have the Castlevania DS trilogy, Chrono Trigger and Dragon Quest IX in case those will be hard to find. Thank you for this system. I am grateful for this product and will cherish it.
