Tracking number was given but never received at the PO. Messages regarding delay mostly remained unanswered. On ordering another item I commented on the missing item. Later that day, it was posted. (as well as the new item) other items i have purchased did not have a problem so it looks like this delay was a one off. It would have been nice to get replies to enquiries though.
