    Incorrect item was sent, I don’t believe the seller actually had the doll to send out as I kept asking for tracking which was not showing, item was posted on Thursday (when it was promised to be sent 23rd September!) and arrived today with a note to say this item was a free gift and the correct item would be sent in due course. I now have a very disappointed daughter as this was a birthday present. My money had been refunded but please beware before you purchase from this seller.

    I explained the situation concerning this item; items were stolen from the warehouse, which impacted orders—not just yours. This had a knock-on effect on me, and I communicated this to the affected customers, who were able to understand. Sometimes unforeseen things happen, and we can only hope that customers are understanding, as we are merely human beings trying to make a living. I also apologized for this.
