You get what you pay for.
There are better quality pin vices out there but the cost is out of proportion to the quality. These are probably made in China. The edges of jaws need de-burring when new but they do seem to last a long time. Previous set is about 6~7 yrs old and only #2 pin vice worn/damaged as it's in constant use. Still works OK to hold micro-drills (0.6~1.20mm) but they are 'off centre' so uncomfortable to use for 'precision' reaming of holes. The larger sizes work great for holding minitura taps (1.5~2.5mm thread0 These cannot be beaten at the priceThere are better quality pin vices out there but the cost is out of proportion to the quality. superbly cheap, poor concentricity
These pin vices appear to be clones of a brand name pin vice, but they lack the precision of the real ones. In particular, the slots inside the chucks of the two smaller ones were visibly misaligned, resulting in poor concentricity. They also come absolutely soaked in oil for some reason. Definitely not a professional tool, but for how cheap they are they work alright.

As a machinist I can see the product is not a precision engineering product. However for what I needed it was more then good enough. If I had more money then brains I would buy a $60.00 machinist grade pin vise set. Now somethings to know when I received the set they were covered with a heavy oil or grease so I removed the grease and oils so the vises flash rusted. But a light oil fixed that, that told me the vises had not been properly cleaned after they had a surface treatment.As a machinist I can see the product is not a precision engineering product. Bad quality.
The quality is unusable for precision work. Jaws are not of the same size and do not align, etc. There is some rust and it even has an unpleasant smell of poor quality oil. Maybe that's what should have been expected for the price. It may work OK for non-precision applications.
