    Moderate Performance Muffler

    This muffler's only been on the car for a week and a half, but it broke in quickly after a couple highway drives, and it's the deepest tone ever! No drone! I recommend professional installation and check your factory exhaust diameter. As far as longevity, I had a universal Magnaflow quiet muffler installed on my first car, and a year and a half later, it was spotless. No bad things to say about Magnaflow, sounds best on Asian cars.

    Stainless or bust.

    There are numerous models and you may be able to find one with the same dimensions as your stock aluminized steel version. Stainless should last a lifetime.

    So far so good.

    Installed it on a 1998 Tacoma 2.4L. It sounds deep and low, not too loud or raspy. It's not for someone who likes loud exhausts. It's a lot louder than stock but mellow.
