    works well - slightly uncomfortable

    I like the convenience of the the ear attachment without the headband over my head. However, the earpiece is slightly uncomfortable, especially after it's been on for a while. It would be perfect if it were smaller and more comfortable, more like a bluetooth device for cell phones.

    Work Good

    Faulty powers

    While the product itself was fine, it did not charge initially. I tracked the problem down to a faulty power cord. Fortunately I still had the same cord from an older unit which worked well
