    Not bad so far.......

    My Rule 800 died so I figured I would try this out...for the $ it seemed worth a try. So far I'm not disappointed! It fits into the bilge pump "area" better than the Rule did as it's smaller! (Diameter) At first it didn't pump as I think it needed to be primed but once I knocked the air out of it by lightly tapping on the top it started pumping. It's not as quite as my old Rule but it pumps! Pressure seems good! Quality seems fair to good! Seems a little light for a heavy duty pump but in the 2 weeks I've used it, it has been working well. I don't 100% trust it so I bought a "y" fitting and am installing a back up pump (with a built in switch directly off one of my batteries) but so far so good! For anyone on a shoestring budget I say it's a heck of a lot better than nothing and for the ...
