Item Better Than Described. I just got done tenderizing 20 lbs of chicken. This thing works great. Easy to use and it makes the breasts perfect for marinade or seasoning. Much better than the photos or video. Also, it is made of high-grade stainless steel. With the price of meat these days you need to get more for your money, like tender chicken versus rubber. It really cuts nice line and small pockets with almost no effort. The seasoning and marinade go right in versus sitting on the surface.
