This bore sight is nice and works great, but it's not anodized red as shown. It's slightly tight in the chamber, which is good, no wiggling. Just push it slightly snug with your fingers so there's no movement and leave your rifle's action open to prevent it from becoming thoroughly jammed. It also won't turn off once the batteries are installed. The sides of the bore's case make ground contact for the batteries, loose or not. Haven't tried it outdoors yet, but it's a bright pinpoint indoors.
