It is a misguided feedback. The guy bought "Compression Tubing Reducer 12mm to 8mm", and measured the OD of the threads after removing the nuts and ferrules. No wonder that he got the wrong numbers. The correct way to checking the part is to measure the IDs of both nuts and ferrules. The buyer never contacted us before leaving the feedback. We just sent a message to explain, and hope that it was his mistake, not an intenion to misguide.
