Attention: SCAM Advisory! Operational Deception Detected. An order was initiated on March 1, 2024, yet as of April 29th, 2024, there has been no dispatch of the business cards. Despite persistent email engagement, there has been a recurring pattern of avoidance without resolution – neither dispatch nor reimbursement. We offered to re-print this customers order from our software outage and even offered to give free additional cards but they wouldn't give a clear answer. We never tried to place blame only said we could've had the cards done but it took the customer a few days to reply each time.
