    Soundstream needs an Airstream

    I bought a 1200 ST-4ch, a 700D monoblock, and a 1000D monoblock for my Truck. I needed something small and powerful on a budget and this amp fit that bill. I ended up frying the 1200, it started clipping and the 700D kept going into thermal protection after just a couple of weeks -I Like my ROCK LOUD! The only thing that didn't get a chance to get smoked was the 1000D because I just replaced them both for a 5ch amp. These amps are MOTORCYCLE amps! They need to stay cool!!!! If you can keep them cool - you shouldn't have a problem with them - they do pump - But I don't think they're CEA rated.
