There’s some inconsistency in the recipe/manufacture BUT it has always been super delicious and as a hand made product I do accept a little variance. My absolute favourite and personal preference was the first, lighter batch, cooked maybe to a lower temperature or using lighter coloured sugar/syrup. Packaging, costs, speed, all perfect. And the Brazil nuts are abundant and perfectly balanced.
