I am taking two teaspoons a day, the taste is not bad. Be aware that sugar is added to this syrup. Overall no problem , you can always reduce it to one teaspoon if you have problem with sugar. Or take the recommended two teaspoons and drink water. Healthy skin, healthy circulation, liver function.
