tile arrived quickly. description did not include surface imperfections or that this tile was beveled on 3 edges. Buyer beware!!!!! had trouble getting a response from the seller, and sent a photo of the tile as requested. the only response was they were sorry they didn't have what i wanted. WHAT????

We try to please every customer. This is not a fair criticism. We sent the tile piece as a sample for the customer to confirm if it would work for them. The customer did not send a photo as stated, and in fact sent an email that taking a picture wasn't worth the trouble. We gave them a refund promptly. Not sure what else we could have done.
