    Lightweight, alot better than the older models.

    We have had an older model for over 30 years, It was great but ,always a lot of trouble to clean. This newer one with the ceramic lined inside comes clean very easily. We are very happy we bought this one,I wish we would have bought it years ago, it is easier to clean a lot lighter . Well worth the money.

    Non-stick inside and out.

    The cooking surface seems very good for using no or minimal oil. Cleanup is super easy. The temperature controller has degree markings unlike others in this price range. However the feet had no rubber pads, causing the skillet to easily slide on a smooth countertop. I had to add stick-on rubber feet.

    love my electric fry pan

    after opening and reading the instructions, I cleaned and dried my new toy, then tried it out on bacon. it worked very well then on hamburgers then chicken, then pork chops. the heat control is easy to see and operate and cleanup is a dream. no sticking or scraping, I love it.
