LIVE AT THE GREEK documents the young singer's final stop of his 2004 tour at the historic Los Angeles venue, and demonstrates why he's earned the ear-splitting screams of adoring fans. Groban is a charismatic performer who wraps a powerful baritone voice in boyish charm, and shows keen instincts in selecting material that's ideally suited to his talents.This performance focuses mainly on selections from Groban's multi-platinum CLOSER album, including powerful renditions of "Oceano," "Remember When It Rained," and "Never Let Go," among others. But LIVE AT THE GREEK also showcases his range and versatility, as in versions of Paul Simon's "America" and Don McLean's "Vincent (Starry, Starry Night)," as well as a surprising cover of Linkin Park's "My December." (The latter two songs are available on the DVD portion only). Groban contributes an exuberant drum solo to "Canto Alla Vita," and the fine violin work of Lucia Micarelli is featured on "Mi Mancherai (Il Postino)." Fans will enjoy the DVD extras, including a bonus performance of "Believe" (from the film THE POLAR EXPRESS) and a guest appearance by superstar banjoist Bela Fleck on "Alla Luce Del Sole."

    I guess if you are Greek it would be a super deal I'am not so only one song in English not what I expected. Was over rated on the internet for the american public. Sorry for the poor rating as Josh Groban is a great singer would buy another disk if it was in English.

    Live at the Greek (DVD)

    I am extremely happy with my purchase of Josh Groban: Live at the Greek. One of the things I like about it is that not only does it include the DVD of the concert, but also a CD of Josh Groban singing some of the songs live. The concert on DVD was absolutely fabulous and the CD is awesome. I would definitely recommend this DVD to others.

    Josh Groban Live at the Greek

    As a fan of Josh Groban I couldn't pass up the opportunity to own one of his concerts to watch any time I want. And I wasn't dissappointed. This is agreat concert filmed in CA at the greek theater, as shown on PBS. The extras are a hilarious look into Josh's life on the road. A must for the true Grobanite!

    Live et the Greek DVD

    Very good video - the quality and perfomance ofcourse! Josh is my favorite singer, perhaps the only one who's fan I am. There are added extras about his tour, which also is very pleasant, cause I got to know more about Josh.
