Apparently one end ripped open and the post office had to reseal it. The item is undamaged, but does have some superficial bruises to the items plastic housing. None of this is that big of a deal, but you guys are experienced at this and I would of expected something like this to be shipped in a box and wrapped in bubble wrap.
