I purchased parts for a 2012 arctic cat proclimb. When the arrived they were not correct. At first seller said he would pay for return shipping. He was great to deal with. I honestly thought what great customer service. Honestly I would not have ever expected him to pay if I had ordered something and the error was on my side. However the parts he has listed are for a 2014 not a 2012. Overall pretty good but frustated that he says he will pay shipping and then changes when it is his fault.

Yeah - I remember there being some confusion (maybe on my part - since I was injured awaiting surgery) -- but I thought this was worked out -- heck I offered up the other a-arms so he could have the narrow 14 front end. Anyway ......... Sorry for any inconvenience.
