Perfect OEM fit on my 2002 GS300 Denso starter; if you buy a rebuilt starter, it will probably have OPEN VENT TUBES that allow rain to simply spray up into your solenoid and starter motor, since those junk open tubes guide the water splash directly into your remanufactured starter! The entire purpose is to vent hot air from cranking to the outside, and equalize pressure from inside to the outside air.
