Three of the four plates arrived safely, one plate was broken. When I messaged the vendor, she got back to me very quickly with a refund. I've mentioned previously "creative packaging." This was another of those. Mostly that works. Every once in a while, it doesn't. No one's fault. Shipping is hard on anything that might be breakable. Overall, great experiance.
