Great card and quick prompt service, my problem is I was charged 5.95 for shipping and seller used a 97cent option to ship pwe instead of using Ground advantage with tracking which is the 5.95 service I paid for unfortunately I understand it's possibly a mistake but if you charged me 6 bucks and sent it for under a dollar I'd expect a refund for the difference. It was a 3.45 card so I'm not worried about the price but it's the bad business practices that bother me.

Situation where seller accidentally sent me the wrong card. Not able to send me this card that I had purchased sent me a substitute card in its place. Mistakes can happen in this business and, this seller was very professional in fixing this mistake. I appreciate it this very much.
