One of the four medallions was received damaged. Blemish in the finish by Grogus right ear. Takes away value from this collectible. Not the one shown in the item description photo. Requested a replacement. And I was waiting to ship defective item back until I received a good one. Seller would not comply with request. Would have to ship entire set back at my cost instead of taking care of paying customer. Bad customer service. Buyer beware!

I offered to replace the medallion that had the blemish in the finish, but the buyer would not return the damaged one so I offered to refund the complete set. They wanted me to send the replacement first and then return the damaged one. Still willing to make this right. -Mike
