      I did not expect a recordable (5 cent) Verbatim CD-R with no labeling or writing to be shipped to my house. My expectation was the proper manual CD with something other than the free downloadable manual found online. The seller did however respond quickly and offered me a refund of my money when I voiced my displeasure. The seller then tried to guilt-trip me for files he included, which I did not ask for.
