Received item from seller fairly quickly. Issue is the software. After install 10 discs of data, program was not actually installed. Program needed to be downloaded from web of another 180GB. We bought the discs because internet her is not the best available. Then, software from net wouldn’t install. Kept getting missing file errors from the installer. Was installed on a newly cleaned PC. Very disappointed! Again, the issue is NOT with the seller but the software from Microsoft.

    Great scenery, disappointing compared to FSX

    Scenery is fantastic. Flight model seems realistic enough. No virtual reality cockpits. POV controls too twitchy, even on lowest settings. Controller setup too involved. If virtual cockpits used, this would not be necessary. Addon aircraft way too complicated to install. FsX aircraft hard to install. It seems more like they went for proprietary monopoly, rather than user enjoyment, and ease of the use of, all the incredible planes that the various developers have contributed over the years.

    Product does not measure up to pre issue hype

    Took 3 times to get the install complete, each time a different disk would show an error. With all the hype I expected graphics to be better. You don't get much with the the game, depends a lot on addons. PMDG and others that we spent big $$ for FXS aircraft should give a discount to upgrade items to 2020. Another money pit

    Not impressed

    After installing 10 DVD's and 200GB of data, when I tried to run it the first time, it instantly had to start updating again with another 200GB of data. However, the update would never complete. The discs do not actually install the game. Still have not been able to run the simulator. Very disappointed in the product. They need to re-think how they make this software.

    Compatibility problems.

    Does not recognize Cessna yoke or controls. Only recognize the foot pedals. For licensed private pilots must be compatible with equipment we fly.

    Not worth the money

    I was not easy to install - in fact it still is not all working the way it should Using the MS-account for activation is not the way to go - very hard and didn't work and still isn't right.
