Bad customer service, don’t return messages or phone calls for days. Promised me a case with my stick and never heard back after that. I received one message after days because seller said they are a small company and he had a family funeral. So I waited patiently for days and still no reply or pool case I was promised. Very difficult to deal with with communication. Buyer beware!
