The problem is that he refused to pay the expensive return shipping costs to mail it back to China. He said it should cost only $20 to mail a large computer motherboard back from Colorado, USA. This person is insane if he thinks that. Additionally, the whole situation was ridiculous. This seller is very underhanded. For coming from China, the battery didn't take long to arrive and tracking info was provided and accurately told me where my item was.
