Seller intentionally shipped a different model than listed. When confronted, seller admitted that it was on purpose. Made no effort to correct this deception. The item also had obvious defects to its paint finish. When asked, the seller offered a refund less than 10% of the purchase. The package came in its original box, but no seal. The box was then placed inside a protective box that appears to be scrap pieces of corrugate taped together. Very disappointed, will not buy from seller again.
