Item as described. Good price and fast shipping. Minor concern is that I missed one item in the description that said the phones were mfg. in 2019. The batteries say they are still charging, but maybe that is because they are always in the holders. Seem to work well and take a little getting used to. Fine print in instructions for configuring them takes a little effort to get them totally programmed, but although it was an "open box" item, everything looked new and never unwrapped. Thanks.

    Great phones and answering machine.

    The phones are of good quality and they use 2 triple A rechargeable batteries in the phones that you can purchase anywhere. We have had other cordless phones that took special batteries with a wire and a special plug to plug into the phone and it was very hard to ever find the right battery pack for the phones.
