I received the medal but it has clearly been damaged. It is bent and does not lay flat. This was not evident from the photos. Seller stated that "this is the way it was made" - revealing a lack of knowledge about how coins/tokens/medals are struck. When I pushed back on this explanation, he went silent. I will keep it because it's a rare item, but it would have been nice for him to at least acknowledge that what he described did not disclose the true condition of the item sold.
