AT FIRST I THOUGHT FISH OIL WAS LIKE A SUGAR PILL. AFTER ABOUT 1 MONTH I REALLY STARTED FEELING BETTER (MORE ENERGY, AND THINKING MUCH CLEARER) WHEN I RAN OUT, I WAITED TO SEE IF IT WAS THE SUPER OMEGA GELS OR JUST IN MY MIND. IT WAS THE GEL TABS! To really see the results of this Omega 3 product just have your blood work done. I have been taking these everyday for almost 3 years. My SED rate has dropped drastically and also my Cholesterol.
