Important note about replacement PSU Compatibility:
Our Power Supply Units may not be from your original PSU manufacturer and may have a different model number. They are only high quality alternative PSUs suitable for the list of products advertised. In 99% of the cases they do the job with no problem. However they may not match your original PSU at 100% and we cannot guarantee that they are always 100% compatible with your hardware specifications. In some very rare cases slight adjustment may be required to fit your computer: 
     1-Missing connectors: we can supply free additional adaptors (when available) to meet your needs. Please do check your connector requirements.
       2-Fitting problem: Most screw holes on our PSUs match the chassis and are sufficient to hold it in place, however, some screw holes may be missing or our fitting bracket may not fit perfectly. Sometimes, the shape of the PSU cut out (PSU hole) on the chassis does not allow the installation of a PSU due to the position of the cooling fan, the On/Off switch or the power inlet. Please check compatibility and ask for the switch to be removed or for an alternative PSU.
       3-Wrong wattage (power output): Most of our power supplies deliver 250 to 350watt which is usually sufficient for a standard home or office PC. A higher power output is not a problem and will not damage your PC. In fact, the more power the better.
       4-Wrong voltage: Some PSUs are Auto Range (Full Range) and switch automatically between 110 and 230volts. Some PSUs have a red switch that needs to be set manually to the correct voltage. Some PSU are only set to 230Volts and are therefore not suitable for 110volt countries. Please ask for a PSU suitable for your country.  
       5-Electrical incompatibility: Some working PSUs may appear faulty due to unexplained electrical compatibility. We can replace them with an alternative PSU or refund. 
       6-Wrong fan position: It usually does not affect the efficiency of the cooling, however in some cases a PSU with a fan situated on the top may not fit a low profile or 2U chassis due to the lack of space for ventilation. Ask for a PSU with fan at the front.
       7-Wrong current rating: All PSUs have slightly different rating. This is usually not a problem, unless you really have very specific rating requirements. (For example, you may require the obsolete -5Volt rail (White wire) required for older boards with ISA slots).
       8-Wrong size: Our PSU sometimes have a different size or shape from the original but they dot fit fine. Some PSU may be supplied with an adaptor bracket.
       9-Wrong main connector: Older boards require a 20pin main connector and new boards require a 24pin one. That is why most PSUs have a 20+4pin to suit all boards. Check if the PSU we supplied has this additional 4pin square connector (with yellow, orange, red and black wires) often labelled “24”. It needs to be attached on the side of the 20pin connector. However, very few PSUs have a 24 pin or a 20pin connector only. Please ask for a suitable adaptor if this is not suitable for your board. Note that It is OK to plug a 24pin PSU connector on a 20pin Motherboard socket, leaving the extra 4pin hanging on the side.
       10-Wrong specifications: In rare cases two different PSUs have the exact same model number. This is because the original PSU has been modified by the manufacturer to fit a particular PC and the model number has not been changed. This can lead to confusion so please check your requirement or contact us for assistance as we cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from such confusion.
-When available, we can provide free parts to go with our PSUs, however we cannot refund the cost of parts purchase from other suppliers (Connectors, Adaptors, Extension cables).
-Those compatibility issues are very rare but should you have any query, please do contact us. We are always happy to assist and  we usually provide a solution or accept a return and send a refund (minus all postage charges).

Warranty:
-All our electronic parts including Power Supply Units come with a 1 year warranty unless stated otherwise, starting from the date of purchase.
-All other non electronic items such as computer chassis do not come with warranty but can be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

Payment:
-We accept the following payment methods:
Paypal (preferred), Credit or debit cards, BACS, T/T, Cheques, Cash (collection only).
-Goods will not be shipped before full payment has cleared.

Shipping:
-We ship worldwide, although the shipping cost for some bulky items may not be displayed due to the high postage cost. Ask for a quote if required.
-We usually ship on the same day of purchase if payment is received by 1pm, however we cannot guarantee a same day shipping or a next day delivery every time.
-Should your order be urgent, please do let us know in the remark box and we will be happy to send it in priority. For urgent international shipping, additional charges may apply. Please ask for a quote.
-We try to keep our shipping charges to the minimum but some slight adjustments may be required mainly for timed delivery, international shipment or bulk orders. Please ask for a quote.
-Items are shipped by courier or post. For tracked items, a signature is required upon delivery. Small or low value items are usually shipped by standard post with no tracking number.
-All goods are shipped from the UK and are usually delivered fast. However it can take 1/4 days for them to be delivered in the UK and 1/3 weeks to be delivered abroad.
-We cannot be held responsible if:
--the post or courier experiences some delays,
--a wrong or insufficient shipping address is provided,
--no one is there to receive the goods,
--the item was ordered wrong,
--the item is returned by the post or courier.
--the item encountered international clearance delays.
-No postage refund will be given for late delivery unless agreed otherwise
-Cost of reshipment will be at the buyer’s expenses.
-We will only pay for the shipping cost to replace items under warranty, sent wrong or damaged/faulty on arrival.

Returns:
-Discrepancies, faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, so please inspect and test your items on arrival.
-Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for any reason (wrong or unwanted item, incompatible, damaged or faulty item on arrival).
Before returning your item, please do contact us as we may have a solution to solve the problem and do obtain a return number (RMA No).
-Products must be returned intact, with all parts, in their original packaging with a valid RMA No and reason for return.
-All items reported faulty but tested in working order will be resent at the buyer’s expenses or will be refunded minus postage.
-All return postage charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Refund:
-If an item is returned to us we will replace it or a refund (minus postage) will be sent once the item has been received and inspected.
-All items including Power Supply Units will not be refunded if they have been tempered with (seal removed) or damaged (Wires cut) unless agreed otherwise.
-Missing parts will not been replaced or refunded.
-We do not charge restocking fees.
-All postage charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise, and will be deducted in the refund.
