    light weight but does work as described

    I do like the product. However, the bolts to bolt it on with were small. They looked as if they were 1/4"- 20 bolts going into a 5/16" hole. I opted to use the 5/16" bolts instead of the smaller bolts. They fit better and are stronger overall. The fitment was ok but it did a take a bit to find the exact spot I needed to drill the holes in the lawnmower to bolt it on. it does work and I have used it to pull some heavy loads on my trailer.

    Good idea but design needs to be improved.

    Good idea but design could be improved. The hole at the end of the base to attach other lawn tractor equipment to does not stick out far enough. When attaching the hitch, the short brackets were to short and long brackets were to long. New holes had to be drilled and one bracket had to be modified for proper fit. If you have a bagger bracket on your tractor like I do, a lot more modifications must be made. I had to engineer a new bracket to use it with a removable bagger system. I do like that It is light weight and has a good finish.

    There are no dimensions given for this product. It actually raises the ball hitch too high for my trailer applications. It is not emphasized that it is only light weight aluminum, has numerous "warnings" about not exceeding weight limitations but lists absolutely no limitation values/numbers at all. Finally, it does not fit on a brand new 2017 John Deere X380 mower. Neither set of arms will attach to the backplate of these mowers....too tall and wide for one set of arms, to short for the other. I'm not "modifying (bending) cast aluminum. Without dimension and load information, you have no real idea of whether this product will fit your machine, or be suitably strong enough to satisfying the unpublished load limits. Finally there are better, cheaper alternatives for expensive Deere ...

    Mower Hitch

    This is an excellent product. It was easy to install & included all of the hardware that was needed. I moved a 500 lb empty trailer around to the rear of my property with ease. I usually have to get out the farm tractor to move this trailer, but it is more convenient to use the my lawn tractor to move the trailer. Great product at a reasonable price.

    To high for a garden Tractor can't find one trailer that goes that high if you get a trailer on it it does a wheele no fun JD 345

    To tall can't get my trailers on it on my JD GX 345 if I do the Tractor does a wheele when I go forward . Quality wise the main beam bracket is nice the hardware is cheap . I would consider this unsafe for a garden Tractor. For a smaller lawn tractor maybe. would work but then again I would not want to crack a hydrostatic on a lawn tractor using this . Great idea just to tall going to remove it after drilling holes in my tractor little upsetting.
